Tried it for first time and they completely fried my hair. After 5 hours of her trying to fix if I finally said it was fine and left. Called a step ahead and had to go their for them to correct the mess I left with. Had to get all my length cut off due to damage to my hair and a color I hate to cover up the messed up color I received. Extremely upset and disappointed.
