Biased GAL against fathers! Accepted false testimony of an ex and a "hired gun" LPC in order to interpret the relationship with my child. Never tried to interview anyone from my side that had knowledge as to the TRUE relationship. After 5 years of seeing my child every other week, it was reduced because of this idiots inability to do a proper investigation! My child suffered just as much as I did because of outcome! A complete failure to represent what was in the best interest of the child! Was only interested in performing a quick analysis and yet charged an exorbitant amount of money- for a job that he did not perform adequately! Completely incompetent as far as being a GAL. Tried to spread the lies the ex told about me to a present relationship! What kind of professional does things like that? I'm good guy, so he failed miserably! Never use as a GAL, lest you enjoy heartbreak! A counteroffensive to expose this derelict is forthcoming -the evidence will prove he was negligent!

In response to the negative review below, I am the part-time prosecutor at Tupelo. I'm guessing she didn't like that I didn't believe her story and dismiss their ticket. If not believing her constitutes calling her a liar them that's probably true. I did not call her a liar because I don't need to. Obviously the judge agreed with my evaluation.

Terrible representative with no mannerisms!!! We tried to reach out to Tupelo court multiple times with no luck of contact. Not even a returned call, so we tried to speak with Mr. Stout in regards to the matter and were treated with disrespect and called liars. Save your money and go with an attorney who actually cares!!!!!

Mr. Stout was fair and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone.
