TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First they ignored me upon checking in. Three girls at the counter and not one made eye contact, smiled or said, "I'll be right with you." Then they were very unfriendly during the service. They didn't listen to what I wanted. When I said that wasn't what I wanted the girl acted put out to have to redo it and just kept shaking her head back and forth...never offering an apology. Note to manager/owner: you might want to offer a customer service course to your employees before everyone stops coming. It could have been a wonderful experience as it is very nice inside. But unfortunately it's the service and employees that bring people back or make them stay away. And I will be staying away.

Highly recommended. Always professional and friendly. They always do quality work. Love the Chocolate pedicure, it's heaven.

first and last time I will go there for a manicure. I got stabbed with the cuticle cutter. Right back of my cuticle are now peeling back - think she went to much with the cutting. The scrub and arm massage was good, but is about it.

Althought there was a wait it was worth it. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were very freiendly. 100% satisfied with my nails and pedicure. Cindy Lee
