Buying on the internet not recommended here. My 2013 CPO GL550 needed significant cosmetic and mechanical work after I bought it - significant additional money and time spent. Not something you expect from a CPO at this price. Zero post sales support - rep did not return email or phone calls. I own both a CPO Audi and BMW (also bought over the internet) - I would rate my buying experience here at the bottom. Not sure if it's Mercedes in general or just this dealership.

We are in the building behind this location. We are a school. They use the "alarm" on the cars to locate which car needs service. This makes the horn blare until they find the car. We asked them if they could stop this practice for 3 days during State testing. Management said 'of course' however apparently did not pass this along to the service department. HOW RUDE!

WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER!!! Set an appointment to bring it in for a water pump. Was told 2 hours and that they would make sure to have the part there by the service manager. Arrived and spoke to another service manager, was told it would be 3-4 hours. After an hour and a half waiting, was told they didn't have the part in stock and it would take 2 hours to get the part there. No calls through out the whole day. Called in multiple times and finally after 8 total hours in the shop it was FINALLY ready to be picked up. Oh and then I found out there was a charge when I was never quoted anything until they told me it was done. LIES, lack of follow through, incorrect time estimates, rude managers, etc. make this the worst service center. I bought my car from them and I have been treated this way on multiple times, but this was by far the worst. I would never buy anything from them or do any service with them ever again- they are liars and thieves!!!

My first experience with the Ganley Toyota Mercedes-Benz in Akron left a lot to be desired. I purchased a used vehicle on Saturday, and on Monday when I called about picking up my car, my calls went unanswered, I was lied to, then yelled at by my saleslady, and hung up on. I have NEVER been treated this way at a car dealership, especially after I purchased a vehicle from them. I will never do business with Ganley Toyota again! Steer clear of this place, they're just out to make a sale.
