I thought my bundle deal would save money, but it got higher and higher. I need to find something better . I don't make any long distant calls. I have several channels on my tv that are out of service. One of my computers are wireless,and when I reported my cable being down for a day, they discounted that day, but then upped my monthly cable bill the following month. I need to find something less expensive

I have cable problems weekly, internet and TV. I am in an area that has only one cable provider. I am sure that TWC will keep us hostage on their service as long as possible. Too bad I cannot rate them on their website.

Help, what has happened to Retro TV, channel 14. It was all older shows we greatly enjoyed and now it is all info commercials. Please bring it back.

Incompetent and arrogant are the two best words to describe Time Warner Cable. Requested a product change, got the cable physically disconnected instead. Of course there is a wait to come out and re-connect it. Of course there is no credit for loss of service. Picture pixilation? Yeah we know about the problem, we are working on it. Sounds crazy but I have had better quality & reliability from satelite services! Oops, we mistakenly discontinued the automatic billing to your credit card. If you don't pay now, including the "late fee" you may be disconnected! After all it is YOUR responsibility to pay the bill on time! This company is a total JOKE. Do yourself a big favor and find any alternative.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If at all possible, please find another. 2 years ago my bill was just under $100, now it is almost $180, all times jacked up without warning. They are unwilling to help me pay off a past due balance, even though I've been a customer for almost 10 years and haven't missed a payment in over a year. Was on hold today for over 40 minutes. I asked a couple of questions and was given a garbage answer and when I called her out on it, she replied, well honestly I don't know this is billing not the tech department!!! Please, find someone else!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

What a horrible internet service! Even when you pay for Turbo you rarely get speeds above 7mps and even then, you get high latency and lag problems. If you are a gamer or depend on the internet DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Not that is makes a difference as they seem to be the only internet providers in this area. When you call them to fix the problem they send out a tech guy. Just as soon as he tests your line.. BAM! 15Mbs no problem. He leaves? Right back to where you were no matter how many times you call them out to "fix" your problem. I know I will never use this company again as far as internet service. I mean if the 7mps was not laggy I would not really have that much of a problem. You can "Clear out your cache and TIF and update firmware get new modem get new computer" all you want and that will not fix the companies inability to provide what they say whey will provide. Enough said.

This company, their support and their management is completely incompetent. We tried to upgrade our service and they called 6 times to verify our address that they've services for 40 years. When trying to access a supervisor, it took 4 phone calls after being hung up on or shifted to another extension that was not working. Our appointment was canceled because they could not verify our home address and needed directions. The same home address you can find on Google Maps, Mapquest and every other GPS Mapping system available.They have come and installed half of what they needed and claimed they couldn't port out of Vonage for our phone. We are done with Time Warner and hope that our experience with them will save you time and headaches.Our Neighbors had similar problems. Took over a month to get hooked up.Time Warner of Northeast Ohio is as incompetent as they come.

Horrible internet connection. I am currently paying for speeds "up to" 7Mbps, but very rarely see speeds over 1.5Mbps. I was advised that signing up for RoadRunner Turbo (the next speed level up) would not change a thing.I'm throwing my money away with this company and am currently searching for an adequate ISP in the Erie area

I've lived in my house for 6 weeks now. I've gone two weeks without service...but boy did they send the bill! First day they came out and hooked it up. Later that day I noticed the internet connection wouldn't work...called them back, SURPRISE, I have to wait a WEEK for them to come fix it?! Then this week the cable and the internet went out and again, I had to wait a WEEK before anyone could get out here to look at it! Definitely looking for a new provider...this is BULL

Find another, unwilling to negotiate rates and will increase without warning. Shopping for new ISP, phone and cable/dish provider right now.

you are one of the hardest companies i have had to deal with! no one ever showed up to connect my service took over a week and a half..but by gosh i had to pay in advance! i am still waiting for service! when are YOU coming anyway.do you not have a local number and americans that i can understand on the phone. each phone call i make is to be recorded..but the last person i always talk to never seems to have the "last" conversation listed for some reason. they all know my information though. wish there was another cable/internet service i could go with ..........may be they would have much better service!
