Top shelf service! Respectful, attentive, prompt, accommodating... easily the best I've encountered.

Everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful. I took off one star because they don't carry the oil my car comes recommended with (Mobil 1, 0W40). They use a Mercedes brand oil (in 5W40) which I'm sure is good but it just puts a small, nagging doubt in my mind.

Albany motorcars is the dealer that I buy or lease my Mercedes . I let them be my total car care service . The Staff is very helpful to me. They all at Motorcars , here in Albany , Ga . knows me by name. Therefore, I feel great about any services that I need to continue to be Mercedes owners.Thanks to Steve Johnston for looking out for the kind of mercedes to fit my need. I love Mercedes, because it is the kind of car that looks good and the ride is comfortable too. I always have excellent customer service and excellent overall experiences.

All of my concerns about the car just dying on the road were addressed. The employees were very understanding.

I have had my Mercedes serviced here at Albany Motorcars every 10,000 miles since I have had it. They always cheerfully pick it up and leave me a loaner. The staff is always very helpful even when I have had warranty work done, I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their overall service.

The service is always great!!!! Anytime I have to bring my vehicle in for service or just stopped in because of something else, everyone is always friendly and professional. I also love the fact that they provided me with a courtesy car so that I can carry on with my daily activities while they complete the work on my vehicle.

Service here is awesome and I enjoy not having to return to a dealership after repair for the same symptoms. May cost up front but less recurring issues.
