tried to buy a tire on the National account of good year. I do not stock that, Then he can order me a tire be here in 2 hrs. Great how much - he can not say the guy who puts those on is on the road. I ask again how much-- now he says hello we have a bad connection. If they can order my size tire in why NOT the one that is on the National account. why can he not state the price?

I've been to multiple Adirondack Tire locations and I've always been happy with the service. From oil changes to buying tires always treated fairly and with respect.

We purchased new Dunlop tires last year which were fine. We return every 3 months for car service as they will rotate the tires for free. After leaving we started noticing a noise that kept getting louder. Thinking it was the muffler we were just about to bring it to our shop when husband lifted the hood and the oil cap was sitting upside down on the manifold. The mechanic couldn't even remember to put the cap on. Also, they had previously said that they mark the tires on rotation so that you know that it has actually been done. We were in FL when it needed service. Our mechanic there rotated the tires and serviced car. We asked Adirondack if they had been rotated and he said no because they were wearing unevenly. NOT TRUE. We saw the FL mechanic rotate the tires. I've lost all faith in this store.

Just Great! I live in the country and the rocky road has repeatedly flattened my tires - And these guys just smile and repair the tire. They've even taken additional time to fit in an end-of-the-day oil change for me too. They are professional and friendly, providing those fatherly reminders about checking your air pressure and being careful with expensive rims (note: the latter reminders were just conversations I overheard with customers)

if you MUST use these guys, remove all valuables from your car...and spare change from your ashtray. I bought new tires from these guys, and they stole the chrome door lock posts from the back of my car. total value? maybe $12. The teen thugs working there got very defensive, and tried to provoke a fight with me when I called them on it. The owner (I think) a guy from the Colonie store, offered to replace them, but I told him "no thanks." My advice? Avoid these petty thieves like the plague they are.
