The Book House of Stuyvesant Plaza is located in Albany, N.Y., and has been in the book business for more than 25 years. The Book House is home to more than 30 book clubs and reading and signing events. It is an avid supporter of literacy volunteers and the AIDS Council, and benefactor and facilitator to dozens of reading enrichment programs at local schools and libraries. The Little Book House, its children s store, is home to thousands of kid s titles. It has books on many regional topics including biography, geography, history, literature, outdoor activities and travel. The Book House also stocks county road maps for all of New York State, and navigational charts for Lake Ontario, the Saint Lawrence River, Lake Champlain, the Hudson River and New York harbor.
