M. Sullivan Construction are top-notch excavating contractors, courteous and professional from project inception to completion. They recently won a bid to install a masssive stormwater retention cistern and drainage network in the Marion/Myrtle Avenue area of Albany. Thrugh wet and dangerous conditions in early winter, they accomplished the project, restoring the infrastructure and aesthetic quality of the neighborhood in spring to a better condition than when they arrived.
