Good People, helpful This is my 3rd time buying from them.

I was pressured into buying an additional box of flooring that I didn't need. My sales person did not tell me that I needed key edging pieces for my stairs, and it wasn't ordered. I had to incur additional expenses and delays, which were not necessary. I was promised 25-35% off the listed price, but got only 20%. The flooring wasn't delivered on time, so my contractor spent about 1 1/2 days picking up the materials. I wouldn't recommend ProSource.
