I think it's one of the better places to eat in Albuquerque. My friends and I go there regularly for lunch and we've never had a problem with service or the food. The evening is a different story though. As the previous reviewer stated, the waitresses are eye candy. I went in with my boyfriend for dinner a couple of times and it's really hard to get the waitresses to do their job. My suggestion is to stick to lunch hours if you're gonna eat here. It's good food but not worth the frustration in the evening.

Save yourself from the frustration of visiting an establishment where their goal is to blow you off. I've never had to work so hard to get service, anywhere. The waitresses are simply eye candy. They're not actually there to take orders--don't fool yourself. And if you are actually lucky enough to get some attention--count on having your order screwed up. Horse and Angel isn't going to do anything to fix it either...least of all, apologise for the mistake. Save yourself the frustration--sitting at home with a six pack is far superior to the abuse of the Horse and Angel.
