We brought one of our cats in today because he had gotten into a fight. The lady at the front desk has been extremely rude every time we have been in. Today, we were charged $250 for emergency services, even though it was before closing. She insinuated that the wounds on my cat's face were self-inflicted due to the non-treatment of ear mites. Our cats DO NOT have ear mites. We take very good care of our cats (we have four). Anyone could look and tell that the wounds were from a fight. While the vet may be good with animals, I have never met him, as he is never there. We will not be taking our cats back to Valley Veterinary. If she is this rude to pet parents, it makes me wonder how she treats my beloved cats. BEWARE!!

Wonderful staff, wonderful Vet! Very informative. Dr. Patterson actually sat down with me face to face and answered any and all questions not matter how long it took. Wonderful place, and even has a great price! Would recommend to anyone with a pet!
