This place is unethical, racist, and provides horrible service. It is owed my a Korean couple (the man's name is Kim), and they barely speak English, and don't care to learn. All of the sudden, their English is great when they are charging you for their poor service, lost 2 suits, never found them and didn't try to make it right at all. I have seen how they treat African-American clients and it is truly horrifying. The wife is unprofessional and just plain evil. I do not plan to support this business anymore and can't believe I continued to go here for as along as I did.

This is worst cleaner I have ever been to! My first trip resulted in 2 men’s shirts with broken buttons. The second trip resulted in poorly pressed shirts--wrinkles pressed into the shirts throughout. The third and last trip resulted in 2 of the 10 shirts having brown cuffs. The 2 shirts were all white...until they "cleaned" them. My husband went to work early not noticing the cuffs until a coworker pointed out that his cuffs were brown. It looked as though the cuffs were dipped in tea and then pressed.



When I returned to the cleaner with the 2 shirts the woman running the store refused to re-clean the shirts. When I asked for the manager, she said no manager was there. When I asked for the manager's name, she refused to answer.



With such low quality service and rude unhelpful employees, I don't know how this place stays in business. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
