The Hermitage in Northern Virginia is a life care community designed for active older adults above 60 years. Located in Alexandria, Va., it offers a range of amenities and services for residents. In addition, the community organizes several on-site health care service programs. The Hermitage in Northern Virginia is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission and Educational Assessment Guidelines Leading toward Excellence by the United Methodist Association. It is owned and operated by the Virginia United Methodist Homes, which is a nonprofit corporation. The Hermitage in Northern Virginia also offers a variety of services, such as laundry, meal, security, medical transportation, nurse and emergency call system.
