I started to write a full run down of my issues, then realized it was too long. After months I would say rather than being resolved, they wore me out.Bought a used Suburban on a Sunday before Thanksgiving. Picked it up on Tuesday night. Clean up guy wrecked it before I could take possesion. They promised to fix later. Took a week and finally a call to the GM, just to schedule repair, then over a week in shop. Bad repair, awful paint match, rude service writer. Left it to be repaired correctly. Another week, picked it up in dark. Another bad repair (looked worse). Took it back, another two weeks and still not repaired correctly, but they at least called me before I picked it up, to tell me that it wasn't repaired 100% this time. After a month in the shop, and after repairing a small rust spot twice, the arrogant General Manager said the rust wasn't his problem anyway and they were just doing me a favor. I got him to agree that I would repair it correctly and they would paint the area after. I picked it up. The quarter panel that they wrecked finally matches color wise but was repaired with bondo and the fender crease is not correct and doesn't match other side. The LT emblem was re-attached incorrectly (crooked, different than other side) and cleared over. Paint is orange peeled and rough. In other words, it is very obvious that it has been wrecked and repaired by unskilled hands. The rear bumper (part of the clean up guy incident) was also only half cleared and the clear coat was even applied over dirt. I decided to not take it back to them for the paint and cut my losses and keep my blood pressure low. No Ourisman for me. I give everybody the benefit of the doubt, but when the GM bemoaned to me how much he had in the repair of my truck, after THEY wrecked it, then I could only assume that this was the Ourisman culture.

They had a oil change discount, so I took my Ford in -- a big mistake. They said a free inspection showed that my Ford needed about $700 worth of work, including work on mass air flow sensor, tie rod, and throttle. The car was working fine when I took it in, so I did not agree to any of the work. After I got the car back, I noticed a strange pinging/chirping type sound from the engine that was not ther before, especially when starting a cold engine. I'm hoping that this will clear up after the next oil change (at a different repair shop of course). Maybe they put a wrong grade oil in. A couple of weeks later, I decided to look into the mass air flow sensor and the throttle myself. That's when I noticed that the loose clamps on the mass air senor and on the fuse cover next to the battery. I suspect that the technician who worked on my car was sloppy. I will never take my car there again.
