This was my first visit to the Allen Park Pet Spa and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I have a Yorkiepoo and a Goldendoodle. They groomed them both exactly as I requested. The staff was courteous, professional and fast. As an added bonus the price was very reasonable.

They took care of my 2 yr old schnauzer. He's hard to handle and not used to the grooming thing yet. But he came out looking great and they got everything done pretty fast. Thank you very much!

This place is exceptional. When I called, the owner answered and was very thorough to make sure my dog had all its shots. Since I was a walk-in, she was able to squeeze me and listened to exactly how I wanted my dog cut. I was told a time that my dog would be ready, and sure enough, when I arrived, my dog was as cute as a button and ready to go. From the friendly environment to the professionalism, I would recommend the Allen Park Pet Spa to anyone and everyone that wants there loved one treated the same way as they're treated at home.

My experience with this business was a lesson in how not to treat customers from start to finish. They were rude to me on the phone when I made the appointment. They seemed uninterested when I told them how I would like my dog's hair cut and they were rude when they called me to pick him up. They also did not do a very good job. His hair was uneven. They missed places and left some areas uncut and did not offer to fix them when I brought it to their attention. I do not recommend anyone use this business.
