I have been going to this gym in one form or another, under one owner or another and have loved it all. But I must say that it's latest incarnation as LFC is the best yet! The owner is fantastic, does it all for the members and the members are phenomenal. We have a blast together and best of all I've lost 20 pounds, 3 sizes and my bone density has increased by 20%. You owe it to yourself to check it out!

I couldn't be happier :-) A fantastic place to get a workout in during my busy day with a wonderful group of women. Not to mention how awesome the membership bonuses are, like Zumba and Yoga classes, Chair Massage & Juice Plus+ whole foods! There is always something fun and exciting happening at the Ladies Fitness Center and I am so happy to be a part of it!!!
