Through a grant from Ben Franklin Technology Partners, the Bridgeworks and AEDC can offer below-market lease rates on light industrial space in a renovated former Mack truck manufacturing facility. With units ranging from 1, 100 square feet to over 6, 500 square feet, the incubator at the Bridgeworks has assisted lehigh valley entrepreneurs since 1989.
