Dr. Fayyazi was awesome. I had little hope and chronic pain in my neck shoulder and arm from throwing a garbage bag into a dumpster. I had a previous . injury at C4 that splintered and I had herniated C-3&5 and protruding C-6. This happened in 2012. Although after Surgery had I numbness that never got better and nerve pain was minimal! and I suffer muscle spasms, which are treatable....I can't say I am pain free but a Few late night muscle spasms is a lot better that the pain before surgery. The pain is now coming back a little after 9 years. He told me it would if I did not quit smoking! I didn't quit! I can somewhat function with the paralysis but he leveled with me from the start! .

I went for a 2nd opinion for my workers comp case & could not believe how rude this Dr. Amir H. Fayyazi, MD actually was. I was appalled as he was insinuating that I was a liar, & wasn't even hurt at work. He acted more like a judge than a doctor & very rude. I still can't believe the things he was saying to me very disgraceful. Where is his professionalism? Good luck if you go there try Coordinated health who treat you like a human being wow....

Dr. Fayyazi gave me a new lease on life. I was not able to walk more then a few steps without GREAT Pain. Dr. Fayyazi worked a miracle on my back. I would send recommend my best friend to him.
