In addition to the types of cases I listed in greater detail throughout the site, I also practice in several other areas of law. For example, I also handle estate planning and estate administration. I actually offer a special discount of $125.00 for preparation of a Will, Living Will and Power of Attorney. I handle Workers Compensation and Social Security and Disability cases as well. Many times these cases are very similar to the personal injury cases I do. I have also prevailed in many Unemployment Compensation claims. Even if you quit your job, you should talk to me before you file (or decline to file) a claim. Most likely even if the employer fights your claim we can get you some entitlement. I can also assist you with Real Estate questions and Landlord Tenant issues. I have represented both landlords and tenants so I am familiar with the responsibilities of each party. Most of these cases do not result in legal fees of more than a few hundred dollars. It is rare that an attorney of my experience will accept these types of cases.
