First Generation CrossFit is not your ordinary global gym. You won’t find a whole lot of mirrors and machines here. What you will find here are the tools you will need to get more all-around fitness. At First Generation CrossFit you will find tools like barbells, kettlebells, rings, ropes, pull-up bars, and medicine balls that will help build your core and give you extreme results. You’ll also find trainers and fellow clients who will help teach you and guide you to reach your fitness goals. First Generation CrossFit is here to help any one of any age to achieve their fitness goals, First Generation CrossFit (1GC) will accomplish this through an experienced coaching staff in a variety of different fitness methods while specializing in CrossFit training.First Generation CrossFit is located in a 1,600 sq.ft. building and sits on 5 acres of rolling hills, for your outside workouts, we also have a building that offers over 1,000 Sq. ft. of training space.
