Great Guys! The technitian, Andy and his partner(didn't catch his name) were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a new damper installed as well as sparge and some bricks replaced as well. They were very neat and cleaned up great! I highly recomend these guys!

We left three voice mail messages with Chimney Solutions to request service, and not one of the messages was returned. Perhaps this is the busiest time of the year for chimney service companies, but that is no excuse for not returning a prospective customer's phone call. We received prompt and excellent service from one of Chimney Solutions' competitors.

I just tell you about my experience and you make your own judgement about this company. I needed some work on my brick chimneys, specifically tuck pointing and fixing some leaks. I did my research based on the online reviews - like what you are ding now - and decided this should be a reliable company. When I called I was told they charge $199 for checking one chimney and then $75 for any additional chimney. have 3 chimneys! Why? because the technician will have to bring special equipment and its a complex process. OK! The technicians were on time. it took then less than 20 min to look around my roof and 2 min in my attic. The special equipment was iPhone for taking some pics! The few days later I get a proposal. I email the tech to ask some questions and he ignores my emails. I call the company and talk to them on 3 occasions and now its a month and they don't even bother to get back to me. They still charged me $199 - very unprofessional and unreliable. I wish I had saved my money.

THese guys are Awesome. My sister and I own a house in Roswell where I live in the winter. Noticed that the top thing was loose on the chimney so we called them. Came out to give me an estimate turns out the wind blew off my chimney capper. Got us a nice looking chimney top now that is 100% nicer looking on the house. Yea, I know it is something that does more than look good. And by the way, the guy (Chip) that put it on top of the chimney looked pretty good too! I got a couple estimates but the other company seemed like they really didn't know there stuff and the prices were pretty close anyways. Happy with Chimmey Solutions
