Really worst Dr. Wait time is 6 to 8 hours if you are lucky. True she will give drug addicts whatever they want. However someone with true problems she won't give anything. She doesn't listen to what you have to say. And insults you. She also says she's done tests that were never done. I believe that's insurance fraud. Would not recommend her to my pet.

Terrific Doctor

I don't understand the negative comments below about Dr. Swain. I just moved from CA back to Altoona. Yes, the time in the waiting room is excessive, BUT Dr. Swain takes all the time needed when she meets with you to help diagnose conditions or address all your needs or questions. I thought I had a good primary-care Dr. in CA. He ran regular blood & diagnostic tests. But the tests Dr. Swain ordered after my first visit indicated some vitamin deficiencies. Since she began treating those I feel so much better. She is thorough and a skillful diagnostician. I also find her personality pleasant and caring. I think it is evident that Dr. Swain cares about the welfare and health of her patients. I highly recommend her for anyone with health problems. PS. I did not find that she was a pushover for medications. She wanted to take the time to determine which medication would be most helpful with the least side-effects.

worst doc ever!!!!!! She is rude, the wait time is forever, and she does not take the time to find out what is wrong with you. Drug addicts go there because she will give anyone anything they want, just ask for it and you shall receive.

This doctor is extremely bad at keeping up with appointments. When you have an appointment in the early morning, you are still sitting in the waiting room until mid-afternoon. I do not recommend her!!! I didn't even want to highlight one star.
