      Had great service from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Everyone I had dealings with was pleasant and efficient. Made me feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. Dr DeFrancisco was extremely nice and professional. Sure beats going to the hospital to have this procedure (colonoscopy) done. I'd highly recommend BGA to anyone.

      Very upset that the office personnel write pop up notes on telephone callers without really knowing who they are speaking with. My character was slammed in a pop up and I refuse to go there under any circumstances. Be careful of the staff.
