This company is disrespectful. What happened to the rights of a customer to receive courtesy and respect. My Mother was disrespected by a service man and then by Larry McAleer himself. His employee was very disrespectful with my Mother on the phone and then stood her up on a call. She waited and waited for him, eventually she cancelled. She called to reschedule with another employee and told Larry what had happened. Larry told her to shut up, he did not want to hear about it. Told her to not to say another word. Hitting every review site I can find to let folks know about this. How dare you be disrespectful to an elderly lady in need of help. Our business is going elsewhere. How dare you tell her to be quiet and not say another word. If you want your parents to be disrespected this is the place to call.
