The ISU Small Animal Hospital is committed to providing expert, compassionate health care for your companion animal. The hospital is a training veterinary hospital at Iowa State University. Its specializes provide the diagnosis and treatment of companion animal diseases as well as offer expertise in anesthesiology, cardiology, dermatology, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, neurology, radiology, reproduction and surgery. ISU Small Animal Hospital s health care staff consists of board certified clinicians, clinicians with practice limited to a specific specialty area, residents and inter, fourth year veterinary students and registered veterinary technicians. The fourth year veterinary medical students are involved in all aspects of diagnostic testing and patient care, but do no direct patient care. ISU Small Animal Hospital is in Ames, Iowa.
