I recently saw Dr. Galloway and would highly recommend her. My doctor referred me to her office and I felt she was thorough and very nice. She sat down with me and went over the results and answered my questions. I do wear hearing aids that I had been fit with from another audiologist two years ago and she was even able to turn them up. She told me that she felt that my hearing aids were still working well for me and did not feel that I needed new ones right now. I did have to pay for my visit up front, which was less than $200 and her receptionist told me that they would send in all the insurance paperwork for me. My insurance sent me a check ten days later. Even though my doctor referred me to this office, I had called other offices for quotes on a hearing test since I knew I had to pay this office up front and I was always quoted much higher than what I ended up paying here. I am very happy with Anne and the service and care she provided.
