      SKW/Eskimos is a commercial, industrial, earthwork, paving and oil field service construction company, which has operated since 1974. The company has designed and built remote schools, power plants and commercial buildings. It works with its clients through all stages of the design/build process, including site investigation and test piling review. SKW/Eskimos construction methodology, engineering concepts and scheduling are helpful to the project and key to a quality partnership. SKW has also completed design/build projects for private agencies throughout Alaska, including hotels and restaurants in Atqasuk, Kaktovik and Nuiqsut, an airport terminal facility and office complexes in Atqasuk, Barrow and Kaktovik. SKW used a modified design/build process for the Inupiat Heritage Center, Nuiqsut and Kaktovik Power Plant projects. SKW/Eskimos is headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska.
