Por management not friendly

Unbelievable. Hired on the spot. Went through training and was sent out to drive immediately without knowing the route. They pay for the time it takes to do the route - as they determine. One must do a pre-trip inspection, but there is not time to do it thoroughly in the allotted time; you will end up doing it on your own time. On my first day, there was a bad snow storm and it took much longer to do the route than time allotted, in order to get paid for the extra a time, one must fill out paperwork - the paperwork must be requested which is a huge hassle as the dispatchers are too busy. Then paperwork must be filled out, signed and submitted to get paid. It is too much trouble - don't bother. You get paid for a couple hrs in the a.m. and a couple in the afternoon. Drivers sleep on the floor/watch soap operas between shifts- the place has atmosphere of greyhound depot. Mngrs drive $50K cars in parking lot! Decrepit, DANGEROUS buses Parents would be appalled if knew. Shocking

I am a driver for reliant I have been told to drive a bus that management knew the speedometer was not working or I would be fired they pay for showing up rather then being able to do the job as a driver I get no sick days if I am too sick to drive safely I lose a little over $100 a day but if I show up for a full month I get an extra $75 so many drivers drive sick to the point where I wouldn't trust them behind the wheel of a video game maintenance is a joke when inspected they put on the down for repair stickers on a bunch of buses but once the inspectors leave those buses drive off with your kids in the back if it says reliant on the side drive your kid to school before one of my co workers do there is one man I would trust there with my kids one out of 200 employes how lucky do u think you are?

bus 664/677, head lamps out of aim; safety issue; do not operate. Driver could be cited; bus impounded.
