I'm totally surprised that this store is still in business. I've never seen a more inept, clueless owner in my life. In this day and age, I am absolutely stunned that a store that is that filthy, and that much of a mess(I had to step over a pile of cutting shears, and gardening tools because the other direction was blocked off with an employee on a ladder), is not completely shut down because of all the hazards. The staff had me laughing historically by telling me stories of how moronic their boss was. The owner actually swore at an employee for not answering his walkie talkie fast enough! I was 5 feet away!! I then asked the owner how business was, and he actually felt it was appropriate to discuss numbers with me!! The joker was actually trying to impress me!! haha! U can't make this up! I'm a current business owner, and I have NEVER discussed actual numbers with a total stranger. This guy is an embarrassment to Ann Arbor. It's rather obvious he's in over his head.

This is one of the best hardware boutiques that you will ever find. They have things that you can never find at other hardwares and the service is excellent. Apply for their frequent members card and you will get a $10 bonus card when you reach a certain amount to be spent on anything, so fun! The worst part about this store is that they have beautiful things that you never knew you needed: silk flowers, dishes, glasses, patio supplies and thousands of other unique items in beautiful colors that you just can't resist. Believe me that you won't find them anywhere else; good prices to. Be sure to look at their Adirondak and wicker chairs!. My husband is glad we moved out of town to Dexter so I won't spend so much money there!
