Took an engagement ring here to be resized, and they ruined it. It was a custom commissioned ring, and they polished out a specific etching pattern that was done by an artist. Then they denied it, even when presented with photographic evidence.Don't trust this unprofessional operation with your valuables. If they'll lie about this, who knows what else they'd lie about? What if they replaced the stone with a cubic zirconia in your fiances ring? Wouldn't surprise me after my experience there.

This place is great! I needed a pin for my Rolex watch band, the Rolex dealer would do it in a week, Fast Fix did the job in less then five minutes, for $6. Rolex wanted $25. I had checked in three other watch shops, no one else had the right pin.
