I would totally hire this company again. It was the best move I've ever had and I have moved alot because i was military.

I would NEVER hire this unprofessional company again! Not only they were over 2 hours late... I had to call them. They didn't tell me it was cash or check only, so the "movers" said they wouldn't cash the check till 2 days later, so I can make a deposit that day! They cashed the check that day, which caused me to overdraft. Plus, they lost some of my items to my bed set during the move! I always believe in 2nd chances and supporting the local business so I called them again when my new place was available. Told one of the owners my previous bad experience and he just laughed into the phone. Then try to justified them being late by saying they did me a favor because they had 3 men instead of 2 but didn't charge me. The only reason why they had 3 men was because they were just getting off the last job and were already two hours late...so they didn't have time to drop one of the movers off. I only had 1 room of furniture. The owner's poor customer service was unacceptable!

I would not hire this company again. They showed up 1 hour late without ever telling me that they were running late. The job was estimated at 3 hours and it took them 5 hours. An antique cabinent was heavily damaged by them and they refuse to take responsibility for it and repair it.

These guys did an excellent job in a move from Ocean City to Columbia. They arrived on time, packed everything with care, and delivered it all without a hitch.

Quick, careful and respectful - words that describe the professional workers who moved not only a piano but a house in one day, under the time calculated but not rushed! Thank you.
