He came out the next day to look at our vehicle, which was parked in front of our house. After his initial diagnosis, we discussed his plan to fix the oil leak and the total cost. He said he never exceeds the total cost quoted and he mentioned he only charges for actual labor time spent and materials, so the total cost can be less than the original quote. He also informed me that he allows the customer to provide the parts, if desired. Mike purchased the parts and promptly installed them. He kept me informed and was easy to talk to. The repair was completed successfully, on time, on budget and not a drop of oil was spilled on the street. He even checked back with me a week later to make sure I was still a satisfied customer and I was! I will definitely call Mike the next time I have an automobile issue.
