Where to start....

Well lets start with my appointment time was at 10am no phone call and the guys shows up 2 hours late. Not that big of a deal? For some but when you have a busy schedule it's a huge inconvenience- and to show up without an apology! I agree with everyone they are over priced at 85 bucks an hour and an employee who goes rather slow. Not concerned at all about the time he takes. Personally the guy was nice- however nice doesn't help my wallet. 2 and a half hours to hook up 2 sinks and 277 dollars later (and 5 hours of my day wasted) I'm not that impressed

I agree with the other review. Hitt Plumbing couldn't hit a plumbing issue if the answer was handed to them. They over charged, created a new stinky problem that they won't fix without more $ and it took about 3 months of their bullsh*t visits to even get here. Waste if time & money!

WARNING !!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. I hired this plumber to unplug the main drain for my house. The plumber who came was complaining because he was tired and did not want to be working. The plumber said he got the clog and started to pack up his equipment. My husband asked the plumber what was clogging the drain, the plumber said " don't worry I got it ". Less than a week later, needless to say, he did not get the clog and my drains are clogged again. When I asked Mr. Hitt to stand behind his work he stated "I do not stand behind my work no plumber does. I told him I have friends who rave about their plumbers who stand behind their work. The only reason I used Hitt Plumbing was because everyone else was busy. Next time I'll wait for a plumber who stands behind his work.
