Waited 4 hours for absolutely nothing. They take their time. Very bad office.

I have been trying to make an appointment for a follow up on a work related injury for the past two day per my company. No one answers the phone and every voice mail box is full. I have called at least 10 times in the last two days. This is very poor customer service. Hopefully The treatment I need will be better if/when I am finally seen.

I visited this Urgent Care on Sun. 121612, I was so disappointed with the care I received. I was the second person to arrive at 0900 hours. First of all, I had to listen to the female doctor get into a yelling argument with the patient before me. The doctor came into the exam room obviously in a bad mood after dealing with that patient. She never introduced herself and was extremely short with me. When I told her that I believe I have Strep throat she began to examen my throught. I was in severe pain and couldn't open my mouth wide enough for her. She kept jabbing the back of my throat with the instrument she was using and snapped at me to open my mouth wider. She confirmed I have strep throat and said she would prescribe something. When I left the girl at the front said she would call in my prescription right away. Two hours later it had not been called in. I drove back and promise by two it would be. It is now going on 330 no prescription. Never again! Manuela Scott

I arrived 9am Sunday (when they opened) so there was only one person ahead of me. Other than the blood pressure machines (they tried 2 different ones) unable to give them my bp, it was a clean & professional office & I really liked the Dr. that saw me. He answered all of my questions & explained to me what to expect, how to treat at home, etc. His name is Dr. David Tran. I am sure to return if ever I have an "Urgent" need. Diagnosis: Flu virus =) guess my flu shot didn't work this time. Also the office girls were very polite & professional.

I took my 5 year old in for a high fever on a friday night... the staff and doctor was super friendly and the wait time was 0 minutes..I filled out the paper work they took him back and the doctor was in the room a minute later.. I will definatly return.

I was very disappointed in this facility. I waited for over 3 hours to have my child's head wound checked. . It needed at least a stitch or two to keep it from gaping open. All the P.A. did was look at it with a light; then apply a gob of Neosporin.
