If there were negative stars, would start there!! I had called to have a leaky kitchen faucet fixed, was a Moen Extensa and was told it would be best to be replaced, I was shown price list and went from $270.00 up to $675.00. I told them that I wanted it replaced with the best, so I chose the $675.00.

A new faucet was installed and was not until later when I was checking it that I discovered that the Extensa had been replaced with an Moen Integra. The List price of the replacement was under $200.00 on line, not one of the better ones, plastic instead of metal. I called the company back and they had the Tech come back out to house and he would best be described as rude when advised of this, I had them put the old faucet back on. I had to call the Mgr. to readjust price and feel that I should not of been charged at all for this INSERVICE. Moen has a life time warranty on parts, that they also failed to mention. If the company had replaced the Moen Extensa faucet with another Moen Extensa faucet I would not of had a problem. Now feel the saying should be Roto Rooter that s the name, and WATCH YOUR MONEY go down the DRAIN!!

Mad River Plumbing has some very experienced plumbers. The are courteous and knowledgable. The only problem I have with the company is the rude office staff. Mr. Hutt should fire this ridiculous woman and get back to business.
