i LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH ITS VERY CLEAN AND FRESH STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHENEVER I NEED HELP FINDING A CART THEY WILL HELP ME FIND ONE ..I ACTUALLY OWN A BUSINESS I NEED IT 24 HOUR ACCESS THEY GAVE IT TO ME JUST HAD TO SHOW PROVE THAT I OWN A BUSINESS BEFORE I RENTED AT THIS PLACE I RENTED PUBLIC SELF STORAGE PLACE I DIDN'T HAVE 24 HOUR ACCESS AND IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE ,STAFF ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL

Arleta Self Storage has gone beyond our expectations. The building was kept very clean. The temp in our storage unit was always kept cool. if there was a time when I had trouble finding a moving cart, all I had to do was call the office on the intercom and they delivered a cart to me. Very clean, very helpful. Nice change from the storage that I used the last time I moved.

An indoor facility; in my books, it is #1 in service, location, & price! Having compared it with Public Storage, I have peace of mind that my things will be protected from any rain, etc. And if you care enough to put items in storage you want that peace of mind that they are well-taken care of. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Todo el servicio de los empleados es muy bueno (Alex y Rudy) los dos son personas amables y tratan siempre de dar una buena recomendacion acerca de los storages. El acseso, creo no es ningun problema algunas veses el entrar con los carros llenos no es muy facil moverse. Con esepcion de mi estoraga creo que el techo esta un poca mal y solo un poco de polvo. No he tenido ninguna mala experiencia. Gracias.

Great dealing with the front office staff. They are really can-do people that can solve my storage problems. Great looking office. Bravo, bravo.

Staff are very competent, and well presented. The office is clean and the facility is well maintained. Also, from time to time they have great deals on rental rates...what more can you ask for?
