I have had a hair problem for a long time. I have tried other laser hair removal places and was always told that because I have dark hair that I would get good results. When that didn't happen I was told that I could come back anytime at no charge. I wasted a lot of time and money at those other places. I decided to try Perfect Image and when I told Holly about all of my previous laser treatments that didn't work, she suggested that we lift a few hairs out with electrolysis to see if the roots were dark. I always thought that if your hair was dark, the roots were dark too. But they weren't. So I guess I wasn't a good candidate for laser after all. I have now been hair-free for almost a year thanks to Holly at Perfect Image. I would encourage anyone to go to this office. If you go to a place that only does laser that's what you'll get, only laser. It might not be the best course of treatment, just as it wasn't for me. Thanks Holly.
