Customer service is the best! I went to their greek squad section today to fix my phone because I had difficulty installing apps on my phone... the worker who attended to me fixed my problem in less than 7-8 minutes, she was also very nice & patient.

bad service. everyone just stands around. you will spend lots of time looking for some help.

It's ok, but the selection a Fry's is far better. For example you want to upgrade your video card in best buy you will be lucky to find three different cards. At Fry's over 30 are in stock. same goes for every coponent to a computer. always more selection at Fry's. Best Buy's geek squad is a joke! Their is nothing they can do that I can't do better. And for free. That upselling antivirus protection is a joke too. I do like their stero auto installation team, even though it took them five tries to install the same speaker, I was constatly getting disconected. They try to work you in when possible.

They don't answer their phone after you go through the IVR!
