Had to go for a occupational injury. I was told I couldn't web check-in but they would call me when they were ready. Their definition of "ready" is vastly different from mine. After they called, it still took an hour and a half to be seen and this is with only three other people in the lobby. If possible, you would be wise to try anywhere else. Staff is ok but they definitely make sure you feel like this is the fast food equivalent of medicine.

NEVER AGAIN! I've been to this clinic several times over the years with mixed results. This was my last time. When I returned home from a trip very sick, I visited Care Now on a Saturday morning and received antibiotics. Those made me even sicker than I already was, so I called right after the clinic opened on Sunday morning. I spent the next 8 hours playing phone tag and being repeatedly told by the nurse, "We can probably call you something else in. We'll call you when it's done." Until eventually 5pm came, they closed, and I still had no medicine. I know they're busy, but there's no excuse for leaving a sick person hanging like that. I paid them $200 for nothing, because I ended up having to go to a different clinic to get the medicine I needed.

The staff was super friendly and I did not have to wait, because I utilized their web check-in. They called to verify my insurance once I completed the web check-in and the nurse called (about 15 minutes later) to let me know they would be ready to see me in ten minutes. The physician had a nice bedside manner, as well. He gave me a broad-spectrum antibiotic and a corticosteroid, as well as a physician's note for school.



All in all, I would consider this a good place to go if you would like to be seen right away, but can't get in to see your PCP (and of course if you're not having a medical emergency).

Did the web check-in and it still took 1.5 hours to be seen! Geez.

Will never go again, they tell you to web check in, did that not bad but when I got there I had 2 symptoms Cough (not knowing that when I got home there was a letter from my PCP that I had had Whoooping Cough, and no longer contagious) Now this doctor did not even want to adddress that issue, my other symptom was an injury to my side and 3 times he mentioned getting hit, I had to tactfully let him know for the third and last time that my very painful injury cam from picking up my 5 yr old and then bending sideways to pick up my very heavy purse. he did not look at my side but he diagnosed me with having fractured one of my lower ribs and in the meantime I started coughing so bad while I was in there I pulled a muscle in my back and mentioned it while I was still there and all he said was take the meds and you should start to feel better. I made an appointment with my PCP to find out exactly what is wrong with me because I felt that since it was close to 9:30 they were trying to rush me out. Oh, forgot to mention that when He came back into the room the second time you could visibly tell I was in a lot more pain than when he came in the first time there were tears in my eyes, He never even looked at my side to see if I had bruising (but asked 3 times if I had been hit) just a dumd a$%.

I will neve go to this URGENT care again!!!!!!!!

This people were extremely r u d e!!!! first I call and the receptionist doesnt even listen to the question that I have for her and just blurt out something random and doesnt ask any questions on the matter that I am calling there for and just hangs up on me. So I go up there and I wait for probably 2 HOURS!! and when I ask how much longer I have to wait they just tell to me to sit down! I WOULD NOT recommend to ANYBODY
