For more than 40 years, Virden, Chapman & Virden, PLLC has built on the high standard of its founder with a commitment to integrity and quality service for its clients. Immediately after earning his CPA certification in 1969, Walter Virden III, founded the firm Walter Virden III CPA, opened an office in Arlington, Texas and established a reputation as a trusted advisor. In 1970 the firm joined the Texas Society of CPAs and has maintained its status since that time. In the ensuing years, the firm has developed prominent practice in accounting, financial reporting, income tax planning and preparation, compilations and reviews, payroll and sales tax preparation, retirement and estate planning, business consulting, and software consulting.
