Took 7 hours to move a small 1BR apartment from an easily accessible high-rise apartment (dedicated freight elevator, etc.) to a house with 20 feet between the truck and the front door. The crew was completely unprofessional and Anthony Henderson was of no help in reducing our exorbitant bill afterwards. Don't trust their estimate and I would recommend going with one of the other many local moving companies.

The owner quoted me a storage price for a unit that he later said didn't exist. There were hundreds of dollars worth of hidden charges. Three movers came to move my stuff and one of them sat in the truck drinking coffee. They took 4 hours to do a job that took other movers 2.5 and they charge by the hour. They arrived late to move my stuff when I had a 3-hour moving window. The owner was rude, unapologetic, and dishonest. Every month I am charged a different amount for the storage and when I question the owner he mutters and says he will look into it. Because I would never ever use them to move my stuff again I have decided to use a different company to move my stuff from their storage site to my new home. They are charging me 2 months of storage -- over $400 dollars -- just to move my stuff onto the asphalt outside their storage site for the other movers to pick up. That is 400 dollars for absolutely nothing!! Do not trust a word these people say!!
