Firend and helpful staff and a good selection of cars in the Emerald Isle. Definitely my favorite car rental company at Dulles Airport.

Being an Emerald customer, Other than having to wait for the shuttle bus to arrive at the pick up location the entire rental process was very smooth, fast and convenient!!!!

I travel frequently for work and consequently get my fair share of travel experiences. Natiional is my go to choice for all of my car rental needs (including personal). I love the fact that I get an email as soon as I land with directions to the National counter and there has never been any issues with car availability, cleanliness, quality or selection. The car rental process and car return process are quick and effective. By the time I enter the airport I have another email with my bill. The customer facing people are always friendly and helpful, from the counter staff, to the shuttle drivers to the car return personnel.

Counter personnel were extremely helpful. Car was clean and functioned perfectly. Return process was fast and van back to airport was fast.

Like the choice of cars and price. This car, however, had a heavy smoker as previous passenger and was not aired out. In addition, there was a Bic lighter in the cup holder, car was not cleaned properly. Due to price and choice, I will go back. Last car I rented from National, I gave a 5.
