Completely agree with the other reviews included here, this is the most dishonest and terrible agency possible. It's like they believe they are running the business in India.



We booked a ticket to India and she had sent a fake reservation saying our flight with emirates had been booked. Day before the flight I called the airlines to make sure everything was set and thank god I called... I didn't even have a reservation! I called Arifa and she tried to fix it feigning some mixup that emirates is at fault for (NOT TRUE) and booked me a different flight that had three extra layovers. I bit my lip because I needed to get to India. Then on my return, again, she didn't book anything. And this time, she just ignored my calls!! Even though I had already paid for this flight! I booked my own ticket back and went to see her, she said she would pay me back. After two months if back and forth and her delaying, I filed a small claims case and clearly won. She has yet to pay me back and just hangs up the phone any time we call.



It is the principle of running a dishonest business that I cannot agree with, especially when there are other options. No one use this business! You will likely be the victim of their next con.

This is a very worst experience with Prime Time TravelAgency, Artesia, CA (primetimeus.net).

Please read below carefully.



I called them on 12/10/2013 to book an international air ticket from LAX to India.I spoke with the one & only infamous lady ** Arifa Mallik **. My Travel date was 01/25/2014.



She sent me an email with Tripcase itinerary.



She was very convincing & supportive during that time, she asked me to pay by check/cash only. I had been told, if I would pay by credit card the charges would be high. She told it would be $1385(Credit Card) instead of $1250 (Cash/Check).



I thought of saving some money and agreed to pay thru check. Then she shared her CHASE bank account number and on 12/13/2013 I went to bank and deposit a check of $2500 on her account for two Air Tickets.



NOW THE GAME BEGUN

I CALLED them several times and they were keep saying that due to some technical difficulties they were unable to issue my e-ticket. By that time wherever I checked by Booking status in Airline's website, it was mentioned if e-Ticker had been issued, the booking could be canceled anytime.



I was so frustrating from their reply every time. Then I decided to visit their office in Artesia on 01/18/2014 (just 7 days before my travel date). I thought of asking or challenging for my e-Tickets or money refund. AND YOU DON'T BELIEVE THERE WERE OTHER 3 CASES (PEOPLE) WITH SAME KIND OF ISSUE on the very same day.



AFTER A LONG ARGUMENT & CONVERSATION THEY ARE STILL FAILED TO GIVE TICKETS AND WE ASKED TO MONEY REFUND. THEN THEY AGREED TO GIVE CHECK.

Now let me let you some date constraint.



I went to 1/18/14 (Saturday)

1/19/14 - Sunday - Bank Close

1/20/14 - National Holiday Martin Luther King - Bank Close.

Even I deposit my check on Saturday noon, it would take at least 2 business day to clear, which was 22nd Jan.



Now THAT ARIFA MALIK, when writing my check, SHE GAVE 19th Jan (SUNDAY) in CHECK (POSTDATED). SO THAT I COULD NOT ABLE TO DEPOSITE THAT BY TUESDAY(21st JAN) AND WOULD BE CLEAR BY 23rd JAN (Let me remind you my travel date was 25th JAN).



UPDON my objection, Arifa changed that date to current date (18th Jan) in check.

I deposited that on same day (SATURDAY) noon.



NOW READ CAREFULLY ***************************************



Their given ********** BANK CHECK GOT BOUNCED ************ ON 23rd JAN and I got (-VE) balance in my account. And my bank said the reason of CHECK BOUNCED was INSUFFICIENT BALANCE in THEIR ACCOUNT.

They gave a bank's check (HAB BANK habbank.com). But remember when Arifa asked me to deposit the check to their account, she gave CHASE account.



CHECK BOUNCED on 23rd (Thursday) Jan. And I was travelling on 25th (Saturday), just in 2 days.



The Checks Bounced For All Other Folks That I Met On 18th Jan



The I called all my friends & LAPD & Small Court etc.. I was about sue them...

But as a rule I had to inform them that their check got bounced .. and I did that on 24th Jan (Firday) one day before I will start for India.

Now let me let you why they do this. (mentioning I worked in Delta Airlines for couple of years and I know how all booking works)



* They took the money from market or many people for same air tickets and just give them a PNR (which is just an temporary itinerary holder)

* Then they use that money to make business with Air Lines Company

* Then sell the same ticket to recent customer with high price.

* And harass others who paid for tickets before hand (1-2 month ago)

* So they use people's money to run their business.



The same check bounced for all the people that I met on 18th Jan in their office.

Arifa Mallik & one old guy both are culprit.



ALSO THEIR MENTIONED ADDRESS IN THEIR WEBSITE IS WRONG.



I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Primetime to anyone

This agency is incredibly dishonest. We ordered tickets to India for thousands of dollars and were forced to cancel them due to sickness. Although we have proof the airline and consolidator refunded the money to her, the agent refuses to return our money claiming she never received it.



Do not risk your money by doing business with Primetime Travel.
