We have used Arvada Flats for years (like 20+) and other than middle of the night emergency's we have not gone to another vet hospital. All of the vets are excellent, everyone there is excellent, they go the extra mile and truley care about your pets and

about you. They diagnosed one of my little dogs who was 14 years old at the time with diabetes and the vet (my personal favorite),left me a message the day after our apointment just wanting to check on "mammy" because she said she had thought about her all nite. Another time(years ago) one of their vets (who isn't still there, he opened a practice in another state)personally drove my new (at the time) little puppy to the after hours clinic because he needed overnight observation, He said he wanted to personally explain his conceirns and the puppys condition which was due to being given the wrong medication by an emergency clinic the night before.. To me that shows just how high the level of care goes. They are hands down at the top of the list in Colorado.

I have been impressed with the doctors and staff at Arvada Flats throughout the last 8 + years that we've been clients there. Recently my cat became very sick and the time, effort and care they took at Arvada Flats to help her was amazing. She is back home with me and our family now and I have a very deep appreciation for veterinarians after learning about my cat's illness and being informed of how to prevent this from occurring in the future. I never felt judged by the vets or staff for not noticing my cat's symptoms earlier and the compassion they showed as my wife and I made tough financial decisions was very helpful. My wife and I truly feel we have found the best veterinary hospital we have ever been to. We highly recommend Arvada Flats to all!

I have been a huge supporter of Arvada flats for years. The owner, Dr. Bassett and her entire staff are truly gifted at caring for pets and their worried owners. I have also seen two other vets their over the years and loved them both. I rarely see new staff, I've known many of the employees there for years. I really trust them with my pets Jackie and Harley.

I have always been skeptical about vet's charging more than necessary. At Arvada Flats, Dr. Best explained every detail of what my dog needed and what was simply precautionary. I was given the options and information and they simply fulfilled my requests and the needs of my pet were met. They are a great vet hospital!

the vets are good with my pets. the husband of one of the vets is really creepy. i think its bassett.

Great care for both my German shpepards, but Dr. Bassetts husband is a real dog himself. Ladies beware, his hands tend to roam.

We have taken a number of dogs to Arvada Flats and we have always had the greatest treatment. We just got a new puppy who has kennel cough and Dr Best was so concerned she asked that we would call just to let her know how he is doing. You can't find a better Vet office anywhere. We drive past many vet offices to go there as they are the best!

It's really a shame what this man is capable of.
