Service date June 27th and 28th Aug 4 times and 1 in Sep. 2018. I had to get my van fixed in a quick fashion I had no AC and my transmission was having some issues Patrick and Roy were the guys running the shop I've changed my rating for them because after they fixed my ac issue and trans issue as of 9/24/2018 I'm out over 6,000 with them including my overheating issues after they did my ac work. Got charged for the same issue after they supposedly fixed my overheating issues my trans is starting to slip after they " regressed it" my van is still not running right what so ever. They Never replaced the thermostat for the 3rd go around with them or flush like they were supposed to. got charge for the same issue which was overheating and my friend told me exactly what it was and they wanted to try other things first well that was not the case. then when they decided to take my advice on what my friend told me it was "the oil cooler" over 3,000 later my car was somewhat working but not done correctly. and when I took it to another shop I've seen the box job they did as well. I feel used and betrayed. so much money lost days of work i missed uber rides to and from the shop etc. my van sat for over 2 weeks at one point forcing me to get another van for the meantime I'm just in shambles over this. don't go to these guys.
