The worse experience ever with any Spa in my whole life....! The owner was very rude and she is the only one who even answers the phone while giving other services!! there is one person who handles everything (and very unprofessionally) !!! First, she left me in the facial room more than half an hour during my facial...! All the product went dry on my face and gave me itchiness and rashes,,! Then at the checkout, besides the fact that I was so unhappy with the service,, She then even yelled at me about why "I bought the Groupon" !!! I had a legitimate Groupon that I tried to use it on a weekday (which was a legitimate date according to their own terms and conditions!!!..) and she just said, "you have to give me your credit card" !!!!!!! “I have to go home, don’t waste my time” (even it was I hour and 30 min before their closing time!!!)
I never saw nor ever heard of something like this..! I am so sorry for a person who runs their business like that..! no wonder it has a very low rating place at everywhere...! I made a mistake to go to that very bad rated place like that ( just because it was an okay deal in Groupon) but I learned my lessons and ended up to pay the original price, as she was so rude to accept my already purchased Groupon deal!!!,,, So much trouble I had to go through,,, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID....!!! I wasted my money and time and instead of getting relax as you supposed to when getting facial,, ( the owner) made me very nervous and frustrated...! I hope sooner or later they get what they deserve, with the way they treat people.....!!!
