The absolute worst optical store I have ever been to. The staff is very rude, pretty much having the attitude of "if you are not purchasing anything do talk to us." The head optometrist is very unprofessional, with little to no professional advice for eye care matched with snappy condescending responses. Also did I mention they make it literally impossible for you to obtain your RX even though you are an existing customer who just needs a copy to be sent to a third party vendor. They throw every excuse in the book to prevent you from purchasing glasses/contacts from other parties. I literally spent over 300 for a pair of glasses given that my prescription is terrible, However their cusotmer service is absolutely horrid. It amazes how they are still in business. One staff literally hung up on me when I asked for a manager I could speak with. 2.5 stars for this estlishment is very gracious. Please do yourself a favor and abstain from this store, I never thought in my life that it could be this hard to obtain a copy of ur RX prescription from your own doctor..

odyssey would not be a place i recommend for someone to get their eywear from.they are not friendly and they do not compensate you when they do something wrong to frames or lenses that you own.their contact lenses are way more expensive than you can buy online, and it seems that they do not hire any men to work there except for the gentleman that works in the shop and the owner's husband.the girls carry on conversations amongst themselves while they help you and that is very rude!!would not recommend!!
