I'll never shop at Ginstar again. I used to be a good customer until they pulled a horrific restocking fee on me.

First repair done on time and professionally. Second visit to company ---quoted $69 over the phone to remove an internet virus. After dropping off the computer, the technician never returned phone calls regarding the repair because they temporarily lost the computer, and then after 3-1/2 weeks, they decided that I needed to invest in a new motherboard. Computer had just had memory added to it at their shop only a few months before and the tech gave the condition rave reviews. I smell a scam!!

Very professional staff and they made my computer work like new! I would recommend to any and everyone.
