      Having a minimum of 10 years of experience each, our accountants service the local Atlanta community. We perform all bookkeeping, accounting, clerical and tax services to local businesses looking to spend their time on developing their company rather than their books. We specialize in the sole proprietor. And with that, we also perform all duties related to self-employment taxes, and preparing and filing your estimated quarterly taxes. We perform tax preparation and filing for anyone even if you haven't used our other services. We base our fees on a flat structure rather than as a percentage of your refund. We wish to provide accurate and reliable returns rather than try to manipulate items to earn a bigger commission. Our clients are important. Each will receive their one-on-one accountant who is specifically dedicated to them. We are a mobile service. We will come to you. We will collect your information on a weekly basis, process it and report to you all pertinent information you need to make your company a success. Let us take care of the books. You have a business to grow!

      We provide bookkeeping services to local businesses. These services include (but are not limited to) accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. We perform all the necessary clerical tasks associated with these. We also perform bank account reconciliation, preparing and filing of sales and use tax, preparing and filing of your business license and more. We provide management assistant using the above information to provide your monthly Profit and Loss reports. We can break your transactions down into individual jobs (job-costing), if needed. We also have a year-end meeting to assess and determine tax strategies. We provide tax preparation services to all, even those who don't maintain a year-long service with us. We can file any of your federal options (1040, 1040 A or 1040 EZ).
